Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Inspine Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to staff members.
  • Document Management: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Work Environment:

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
