Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at CANCO. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
