About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Sarem Convenience. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising staff, selling merchandise, and organizing and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales and Merchandise: Sell merchandise and promote products to customers, achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockroom is clean and organized.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Work Environment

As a Sales Team Lead at Sarem Convenience, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a dynamic and supportive team.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Work Setting: Retail business, gas bar
  • Transportation: Own transportation
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, walking, standing for extended periods
