Job Title: UI/UX Digital Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Digital Designer to join our team at Tru, a leading digital agency that specializes in delivering innovative digital solutions for our clients. As a UI/UX Digital Designer, you will play a critical role in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and digital platforms.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing experience with digital design projects, including websites and e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms and websites.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
  3. Translate user research, client feedback, and project requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  4. Apply UX best practices to design solutions that deliver optimal user experiences across devices.
  5. Conduct user research, develop personas, and create user journey maps to inform design decisions.
  6. Facilitate usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
  7. Design responsive, high-performance user interfaces that meet technical specifications for large-scale digital projects.
  8. Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and component libraries to ensure design consistency.
  9. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
  10. Provide clear design specifications and assets to development teams.
  11. Participate in agile sprints and provide design feedback.
  12. Present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to clients.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in digital design with a focus on large-scale digital projects and e-commerce solutions.
  3. Proven expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  4. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and mobile-first design principles.
  5. Experience collaborating with Agile project managers and development teams.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
  1. Familiarity with large-scale content management systems and e-commerce platforms.
  2. Experience designing for retail, e-commerce, or content-driven websites.
  3. Understanding of A/B testing, user analytics, and data-driven design optimization.
  4. Ability to create intuitive designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
