About the Role

Aquent is seeking a skilled UX Template Designer to join our team. As a UX Template Designer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer-centricity and delivering 'best-in-class' digital experiences by defining and maintaining digital experience design systems across various brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Develop intuitive and visually appealing eCommerce UX templates for websites, applications, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional templates.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and user interactions. Conduct usability testing and understand data with the help of the UX Research team to gather feedback to iterate and improve template designs.
  • Template Maintenance: Maintain the UX eCommerce template website and refresh brand assets and style guides.
  • Adoption and Compliance: Monitor UX eCommerce template adoption, consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience creating exceptional digital experiences at a digital agency or an eCommerce company.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience collaborating with UX & UI Designers, Researchers, Data Analysts, and Copywriters to build 'best-in-class' digital experiences.
  • Design Expertise: Expert working knowledge of Figma and Creative Suite and strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and oral communication and collaboration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent work experience.
