Job Summary

RCT Constructions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English.
