Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at RCT Constructions. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, and ensuring that established procedures are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
