Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and integrate novel AI models and algorithms for efficient computing.
  • Develop and evaluate new ideas for AI solutions, with a focus on efficient training, pruning, and knowledge distillation.
  • Collaborate with our team to synthesize novel AI solutions and drive insights from experiments.
  • Contribute to the proposal of high-impact intellectual properties, such as patents, and publish research papers in top-tier AI conferences.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures, such as Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and AEs.
  • Strong coding skills in Python, C/C++, or Java, and experience with AI/ML coding tools like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Project experience on efficient AI models, training, and inference, including pruning, knowledge distillation, and quantization.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate and self-motivate.
