About the Role:

This full-time position includes a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Job Description:

As a Research Scientist in our Regulated Bioanalysis department, you will be responsible for performing quantitative analysis of drug molecules in biological matrices for pharmacokinetic, bioequivalence, and bioavailability studies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Independently performing Quantitative Analysis of Drug Molecules in Biological Matrices for Pharmacokinetic, Bioequivalence, and Bioavailability Studies.
  • Assisting in Method Development and Validation of Lc/Ms/Ms Bioanalytical Methods for Protein Precipitation, Liquid-Liquid Extraction, and Solid Phase Extraction.
  • Preparing validation sheets and validation plans under supervision.
  • Compiling data and preparing reports.
  • Familiarity with HPLC and MS troubleshooting procedures.
  • Completing specified training modules for Sample Extraction and Cleaning; Optimization of Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Conditions; Data Review and Report Writing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum B.A./B.S. degree in chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in regulated bioanalysis or other relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of required computer systems and laboratory instruments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of laboratory documentation requirements.
