About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at PCS Property Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Supervise and schedule staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Organize and plan the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, taking into account seasonal and environmental factors.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care and landscape construction.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Tender and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
  • Resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance is necessary.
Worksite Environment
  • The majority of the work will be conducted outdoors.
