Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Alcop Resource Recycling Inc.

Job Summary:

The Grounds Maintenance Worker will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities, including landscaping, lawn care, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the appearance of the grounds, including mowing, trimming, and pruning trees and plants.
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod and seeding.
  • Remove litter and garbage from the grounds.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Work Environment:

The Grounds Maintenance Worker will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including dust and extreme temperatures.
