Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training, and authorizing payments and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Hire and train new staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Authorize payments and returns, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
  • Accurate, client-focused, and organized, with a strong team player attitude.

Work Environment: Permanent, 35 hours per week, English language.
