Retail Store Manager

ONTARIO LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, ensuring efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the store.
- Authorize payments, returns, and sales transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
