Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
At ONTARIO LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training employees, and authorizing payments and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members
- Hire and train new employees
- Authorize payments and returns
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
- Accurate and organized with excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent client focus and problem-solving skills
Experience:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Permanent position with 35 hours per week
- English language proficiency
