Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team for immediate contract opportunities with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and information systems, with a proven ability to design and implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and robust ETL pipelines in distributed clusters
  • Create Microsoft SQL database solutions that meet business requirements
  • Develop data science, data engineering, and AI projects that drive business value
  • Integrate DevOps practices into the development workflow using CI/CD best practices
  • Use analytical and problem-solving skills to plan and design creative solutions
  • Apply dimensional modeling techniques to optimize data warehouse performance
  • Develop Python applications that meet business requirements
  • Design and implement data security, data privacy policies, data de-identification/anonymization, data audits/reviews, and synthetic data
  • Work in an Agile project methodology environment
  • Develop analytical and quantitative analysis models that drive business decisions
  • Understand complex business questions and frame the right analytical question to solve a business problem
  • Work with Hadoop, Microsoft SQL, and unstructured data, including social media, video feeds, and audio
  • Develop projects that span multiple technical environments
  • Work across both business and technology teams
Requirements
  • University graduation in Computing Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, with 6 years of progressive related experience
  • 2-year diploma in CS, IT, ENG, MIS, or related discipline, with 8 years of progressive related experience
  • 1-year certificate in CS, IT, ENG, MIS, or related discipline, with 9 years of progressive related experience
  • 10 years of progressive related experience
  • 3 years of experience building high-performance, scalable, and robust ETL pipelines in distributed clusters
  • 3 years of experience creating Microsoft SQL database solutions
  • 5 years of experience with data science, data engineering, and AI projects
  • 3 years of experience integrating DevOps practices into the development workflow
  • 5 years of experience using analytical and problem-solving skills to plan and design creative solutions
  • 4 years of experience applying dimensional modeling techniques
  • 3 years of experience developing Python applications
  • 4 years of experience designing and implementing data security, data privacy policies, and data de-identification/anonymization
  • 5 years of experience working in an Agile project methodology environment
  • 4 years of experience developing analytical and quantitative analysis models
  • 5 years of experience understanding complex business questions and framing the right analytical question to solve a business problem
  • 5 years of experience working with Hadoop, Microsoft SQL, and unstructured data
  • 4 years of experience developing projects that span multiple technical environments
  • 4 years of experience working across both business and technology teams
