Job Description

We are currently seeking individuals with experience as a Data Analyst for immediate contract opportunities with our clients. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable and robust ETL pipelines in distributed clusters, creating Microsoft SQL database solutions, and working with data science, data engineering and/or AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data security, data privacy policies, data de-identification/anonymization, data audits/reviews, and synthetic data.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines in distributed clusters.
  • Create Microsoft SQL database solutions.
  • Work on data science, data engineering and/or AI projects.
  • Integrate DevOps practices to the development workflow using CI/CD best practices.
  • Use analytical and problem-solving skills to plan and design creative solutions.
  • Work with dimensional modeling techniques.
  • Develop Python development skills.
  • Work with relational database modeling techniques.
  • Work in a data warehouse/business intelligence or relevant data environment in either a development or support role.
  • Develop experience with Hadoop, Microsoft SQL, and unstructured data.
  • Work on projects spanning multiple technical environments.
  • Work across both business and technology.
Requirements:
  • University graduation in Computing Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Engineering (ENG), Management Information Systems (MIS) or related discipline & 6 years progressive related experience;
  • 2-year diploma in CS, IT, ENG, MIS or related discipline & 8 years progressive related experience;
  • 1-year certificate in CS, IT, ENG, MIS or related discipline & 9 years progressive related experience;
  • 10 years progressive related experience.
  • 3 years experience building high-performance, scalable and robust ETL pipelines in distributed clusters.
  • 3 years experience in creating Microsoft SQL database solutions.
  • 5 years experience with projects that involved data science, data engineering and/or AI.
  • 3 years experience integrating DevOps practices to the development workflow using CI/CD best practices.
  • 5 years experience using analytical and problem-solving skills to plan and design creative solutions.
  • 4 years experience with dimensional modeling techniques.
  • 3 years experience with Python development.
  • 4 years experience with relational database modeling techniques.
  • 4 years experience working in a data warehouse/business intelligence or relevant data environment in either a development or support role.
  • 5 years direct, hands-on experience with design and implementation of data security, data privacy policies, data de-identification/anonymization, data audits/reviews, synthetic data.
  • 5 years experience in Agile project methodology.
  • 4 years experience in building analytical and quantitative analysis models.
  • 5 years experience in understanding complex business questions and framing the right analytical question to solve a business problem.
  • 5 years experience using Hadoop, Microsoft SQL and unstructured data. Must have background with unstructured data, in the form of social media, video feeds or audio.
  • 4 years experience with projects spanning multiple technical environments.
  • 4 years experience working across both business and technology.
