Job Title: Brand Strategy Manager

MagickWoods Limited is seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive growth and consumer awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand identities are effectively incorporated into projects.
  • Manage business performance goals related to brand marketing and support a strong brand team.
  • Oversee brand strategy tasks including brand planning, positioning, definition, brand architecture, naming, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to craft compelling brand strategies and take ownership of key initiatives to drive the brand's growth and consumer awareness.
  • Develop clear brand value propositions and support cross-functional teams to incorporate brand identities into projects.
  • Translate strategies into actionable design briefs to support an agile creative team.
  • Work with graphic designers and/or outside agencies to deliver high-quality materials while utilizing established creative/communication briefs.
  • Accountable for overall messaging, design, and photography.
  • Understand web, social, and mobile marketing techniques to keep brand presence engaging and appealing.
  • Work closely with web/social teams, initiate brand-specific tactics, and support the overall web/social strategy.
  • Collaborate with product and channel marketing, launch brand programs that drive growth in the market place.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards across all media for proprietary and trademarked products and marketing materials.
  • Design and monitor business performance goals as they relate to brand marketing objectives.
  • Develop key competencies and identify roles required to build a strong brand team to support initiatives.
  • Develop and drive a brand planning process on an annual basis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent in a related field.
  • Three to six years related experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Basic competence in subordinates' duties and tasks.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
  • Proficient on marketing software programs.
  • Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
