About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Branding Manager to join our team at HomeLife/Cimerman Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our luxury brand across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to design and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Event Planning: Help plan and execute events to promote our brand and engage with key stakeholders in a memorable way.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on creative marketing, branding, and promotions.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills; proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Personality: Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for marketing. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Branding Experience: Previous experience in branding or a strong passion for this field is essential.
