Technical Product Manager

As a key member of the LotusFlare team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our cloud-native digital commerce and monetization platform. Your expertise in product management will drive the development of innovative products that simplify technology and enhance the customer experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure the timely delivery of product features that meet the needs of our customers. Your passion for product management and ability to synthesize disparate data sets will enable you to make data-driven decisions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and execution of product features for our software stack
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Manage technical software products from kick-off to launch
  • Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable plans
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Partner with other cross-functional teams to deliver valuable business outcomes
  • Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop remarkable user experiences
  • Define core metrics that measure the drivers of the business
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or software development in the telecom domain
  • Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in an Enterprise software company is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS products is a must
  • Knowledge and experience with at least three of TM Forum standards/frameworks (Information Framework, Process Framework, Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture)
  • Valid TM Forum certification is not a must but preferred
  • Knowledge and 3+ years experience with either one: Product Catalog, Pricing, Order Management with at least 1 completed customer project or 1 completed product development
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Able to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
Must have skills:
  • Telecom BSS experience
  • TM Forum know-how (preferably certification)
