Technical Product Manager

As a key member of the LotusFlare team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital commerce and monetization platform. Your expertise in product management will drive the growth and success of our software products, impacting millions of people worldwide.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure the timely delivery of product features that meet the highest technical standards. Your passion for product management and ability to drive innovation will be essential in pushing the organization to be a leader in its approach to addressing market needs and developing sustainable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LotusFlare's software stack
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products that meet the needs of our customers
  • Manage technical software products from kick-off to launch, ensuring alignment with our monetization platform
  • Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable plans that drive product development
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to drive product development and ensure the delivery of high-quality features
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive product development and launch
  • Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop the most remarkable user experience
  • Define core metrics that measure the drivers of the business
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or software development in the telecom domain
  • Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Enterprise software company is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS products is a must
  • Knowledge and experience with at least three of TM Forum standards/frameworks (Information Framework, Process Framework, Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture)
  • Valid TM Forum certification is not a must but preferred
  • Knowledge and 3+ years experience with either one: Product Catalog, Pricing, Order Management with at least 1 completed customer project or 1 completed product development
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Able to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar

  • Telecom BSS experience
  • TM Forum know-how (preferably certification)
