Bartender - Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Paddy's O'Neil's. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Bar Operations: Organize and maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Cocktail Creation: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wine, and beer to our customers' specifications.
- Customer Service: Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to our patrons, making recommendations on drink selections and answering questions about our menu.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our bar team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Paddy's O'Neil's is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Bartender, you will be working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, 32.5 hours per week, English language required.
