About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Paddy's O'Neil's. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Operations: Organize and maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Cocktail Creation: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wine, and beer to our customers' specifications.
  • Customer Service: Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to our customers, making recommendations on drink selections and answering questions about our menu.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our bar team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.

Paddy's O'Neil's is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train the right candidate.

  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, 32.5 hours per week, English language required.
