About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our bar service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Operations: Organize and maintain a clean and attractive bar area, including the draft beer system and glassware.
  • Cocktail Creation: Prepare and serve a variety of mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Customer Service: Provide recommendations on drink selections, address customer complaints or concerns, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock.
  • Team Collaboration: Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, and work collaboratively to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
