We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience through expertly crafted cocktails and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
- Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring seamless service and efficient inventory management
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems
- Provide expert recommendations on wine and drink selections to customers
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Collect payments and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
- Store and manage beverage and food products, including ordering and inventory control
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options
