Supply Chain Business Analyst and Planner

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Business Analyst and Planner to join our team at Skretting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, business analysis, and data interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) initiatives, ensuring smooth monthly demand forecasting and accurate forecast monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop analytical models, and drive actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, KPIs, and other key indicators.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and supply chain risk mitigation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Business Analytics.
- 8-10 years of experience in a relevant position or bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience.
- Fluency in English and effective communication and networking skills.
- Experience with Power BI implementation and application.
