Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Roadside Willies Smokehouse & Bar. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and prompt delivery of food and beverages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
