Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Lovus Coffee & Tea. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers, including presenting menus and making recommendations.
  • Order Taking and Processing: Take orders from customers and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and perform general cleaning duties as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer payments and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Availability: 6 to 25 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
