Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Lovus Coffee & Tea. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, present menus, and make recommendations on menu selections.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Communication: Greet patrons, answer questions regarding food and beverages, and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Availability: 6 to 25 hours per week.
