Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Roadside Willies Smokehouse & Bar. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on menu selections.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Wine Selection: Describe and advise on wine selection.
  • Teamwork: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide customer service.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate at Roadside Willies Smokehouse & Bar, you will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
