Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at BVR Investments Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports to ensure seamless business operations and exceptional customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.

Work Environment
