Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Lighthouse Hospitality Management Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure a welcoming environment
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies to support operational needs
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- 5-10 people supervised
- Experience working in a hotel, motel, or resort environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Permanent full-time position
- 30 to 44 hours per week
- English language of work
