Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Lighthouse Hospitality Management Inc. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
- Prepare and submit reports to management on service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional service
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure efficient service delivery
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in the hospitality industry an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
The Guest Service Supervisor will work in a hotel environment, interacting with guests, staff, and management. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The Guest Service Supervisor will work 30 to 44 hours per week.
