Job Description

Our dynamic client, a well-established distribution company, is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join their team for a 6-month contract. This role will be integral in supporting critical ongoing projects, overseeing account reconciliations, preparing working papers, and more. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of annual working papers
  • Support various ongoing projects
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations
  • Forecast cash flow and manage related activities
  • Handle prepaids, accruals, and other financial adjustments
  • Monitor and analyze budgets to ensure financial goals are met
  • Assist the team in month-end and year-end processes
  • Implement and improve internal processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience at a senior level in Finance & Accounting
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel
  • Must be available for a 6-month contract commitment
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
