Cleanlist is currently seeking an experienced Financial Operations Expert to join our team.

About the Role

This is a new role at Cleanlist, and we're looking for an individual who's experienced and creative to help us design the role and ensure it provides maximum value.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all financial aspects of Cleanlist's daily operations are best-in-class and supportive of future growth and maximum profitability.
  • Organize and track client contracts, and maintain an accurate recording of key milestones in our CRM system.
  • Support our Sales team with solution proposal pricing.
  • Prepare and send accurate and timely client invoices.
  • Track and report on project-level costs, revenue, and contribution margin.
  • Prepare and present client and market segment-level outcomes and projections.
  • Manage vendor partnership agreements and provide accurate and timely performance reporting.
Requirements
  • Solid strategic and managerial business finance acumen.
  • Ability to envision, design, implement, and operate financial reporting and control systems.
  • A passion for systems, automation, and continual process improvement.
  • An expert-level user of business application software including spreadsheets, accounting software, and process-automation tools.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and team mentoring skills.
  • An ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and drug coverage, as well as above-average compensation based on individual achievements.
