Job Title: General Manager - Cleaning Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our cleaning services team at NEET JANITORIAL SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes allocating resources, coordinating with teams, and establishing objectives for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
