About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Black Belt with a strong background in process improvement, leadership, and project management. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading improvement efforts, diagnosing root causes of issues, and implementing effective solutions. Your expertise will help us boost processing productivity, reduce operating costs, and enhance our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead improvement efforts through the Six Sigma process (DMAIC) across various areas of the organization
  • Conduct data analysis to determine root causes of service performance failure
  • Develop and implement process improvements, working closely with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and guidance to organization's managers to support their improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Black belt certification from a reputable organization
  • 10+ years of business experience in a service or financial environment, leading business improvement efforts
  • Formal project management skillset and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Project, Lucid Suite, and Visio
  • Proactive, process-driven, and results-oriented with a strong focus on stakeholder expectations
