Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Westcoast Processing Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Email and Correspondence Management: Open and distribute mail and other materials as needed.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines that meet the needs of the team.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for staff members.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Electronic Enquiries: Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • CORRESPONDENCE: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 month of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits
