Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Predator Ridge Resort. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and supervise staff.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Staff Management: Train staff, balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and organize and maintain inventory.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate, and Food Safety Certificate.
