Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Predator Ridge Resort. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- Supervise staff, including training and development
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Organize and maintain inventory, including food and beverage supplies
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety and handling
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Or equivalent experience
- Serving It Right Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate, and Food Safety Certificate
