We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Search + Gather. As a key member of our Growth team, you will be responsible for executing strategies to generate leads and expand our client base through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Growth team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Facilitate and nurture assigned inbound leads and manage your own outbound leads to ensure prompt and professional follow-up and conversion into clients
- Collaborate with the team to respond to assigned RFPs and prepare compelling proposals that highlight our agency's strengths and value proposition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and working with the team to recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
- Contribute to the success of the client satisfaction program by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing innovations to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS sales
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and how they can benefit clients
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a scaleup environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually
- Bonus/commission structure with potential earnings of $10,000-$25,000 annually
