Assistant Store Manager en formation

Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de magasin en formation pour rejoindre notre équipe à Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office. En tant que gestionnaire de magasin en formation, vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne du magasin, de la formation et du développement des collègues, ainsi que de la mise en œuvre des stratégies commerciales.
Responsabilités- Anticiper les besoins des clients et leur accorder la priorité dans toutes vos actions;
- Former, diriger et motiver les collègues pour obtenir des résultats et promouvoir leur croissance;
- Tisser des relations durables avec la communauté;
- Être résolu à maintenir des normes opérationnelles et des standards élevés en matière de mise en marché et rendre des comptes quant aux objectifs financiers;
- Collaborer avec le directeur de magasin et le directeur de district pour exécuter les plans d'affaires.
- Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour le service à la clientèle, la fidélisation des clients et les relations avec la communauté;
- Capacité avérée pour l'amélioration de la productivité, de l'engagement et de la rétention;
- Expérience de gestion d'un commerce de détail de grande envergure;
- Des connaissances exceptionnelles du domaine des finances afin d'obtenir des résultats opérationnels;
