Assistant Manager Opportunity at Eclipse Stores Inc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at our Eclipse store in the Valley Mall. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in aspects of store operations, including customer service, visual presentation, inventory control, and staff development.
  • Participate in our comprehensive training programs to develop management skills and learn the role of Store Manager.
  • Lead a sales-motivated team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of store staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer service and rapport-building skills.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
  • Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Merchandising experience and a passion for fashion.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
