Assistant Manager Opportunity at Eclipse Stores Inc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager in our Eclipse store in the Valley Mall.

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in aspects of store operations, including customer service, visual presentation, inventory control, and the development of store staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and engagement
  • Managing inventory levels and controlling stockroom operations
  • Developing and leading a sales-motivated team to achieve sales goals
  • Participating in training programs to enhance management skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service and rapport-building skills
  • Exceptional organization and follow-up skills
  • Hands-on leadership skills
  • Merchandising experience
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
