We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our retail operations in Canada. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability in Canadian stores.
- Collaborate with store managers to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of sales growth and profitability improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
