Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Chapel Hats. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Assign sales workers to duties, hire/train staff, and supervise their performance to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize inventory, track stock levels, and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Staff Development: Recruit and train new staff members, provide ongoing support and coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail business management.
  • Secondary school graduation certificate required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
