Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Burlington, ON. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them to our Rogers and Fido brand products. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities, anticipating customer needs, and achieving sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and match them to our brand products
  • Identify opportunities and anticipate customer needs to achieve sales goals
  • Drive sales through engagement of existing customers by calling and texting to promote our brand products
  • Represent the Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events
Requirements
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Customer experience skills to provide positive interactions and meet customer needs
  • Adaptability to respond to changes in the store environment
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple tasks while providing consistent customer service
  • Minimum age of majority in the province
  • Flexible availability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
