About the role

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide expert advice on investment and borrowing solutions, ensuring clients make informed decisions about their financial futures.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients, building trust and confidence in our ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and meet individual and team targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in financial services, with a strong understanding of personal and commercial banking, wealth management, and private banking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses, including a Mutual Funds licence and CIFP Diploma.
