Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Advisor to join our team at Servus Credit Union. As a key member of our South Hill branch in Red Deer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional financial services to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Provide personalized financial solutions and recommendations to help members achieve their financial objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and referral goals through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Participate in business development plans and contribute to the growth and success of the branch.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive offers, and economic conditions to provide informed advice to members.
- Adhere to all audits, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure the integrity of our financial services.
- Minimum 2 years of retail banking or related financial industry experience, preferably in sales or customer service.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Finance or related studies is an asset.
- Investment Funds in Canada Course & License (IFIC), Personal Financial Service Advice (PFSA), and Financial Planning I (FP1) certifications are valuable assets.
