About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals
Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
Work closely with customers to develop personalized financial plans, helping them achieve their goals
Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering a positive customer experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring you're always providing the best possible advice to customers

What We're Looking For:
A proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
A strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial plans
A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to helping customers achieve their financial goals
