Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, following established recipes and procedures
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
